What’s the difference between the 12V and 24V JCB ride-on excavators?

The main difference is power output. The 12V version focuses on smooth, controlled driving, while the 24V version offers stronger torque for longer rides and more demanding surfaces. Both feature the same JCB design, functions, and safety controls.

Do the front loader and rear digging arm actually work?

Yes. Both the front loader and rear backhoe are fully functional and manually operated. Kids can scoop, lift, and dump sand, dirt, or toys, creating a hands-on construction experience rather than just a ride-on vehicle.

Is this ride-on excavator safe to use?

Yes. It includes soft start and stop, adjustable speeds, a seat belt, and a parent remote control. These features help ensure smooth acceleration, steady driving, and added peace of mind during playtime.

Can this excavator be used on grass or outdoor surfaces?

Yes. The excavator is designed for outdoor play and performs well on grass, pavement, gravel, sand, and concrete. Shock-absorbing wheels help maintain stability across different surfaces.

Is this excavator difficult to assemble?

Assembly is straightforward with clear instructions included. Most customers are able to complete setup in about 30–45 minutes and start using the excavator the same day.
